Return, Refund &Shipping Policy

ITS the Room Store Policy for Store Credit in the Form of a Store Coupon

Effective Date: 6/18/2024

1. Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Customers are eligible for store credit in the form of a store coupon for items returned within 20 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for store credit.

  • Gift cards, perishable goods, and personal care items cannot be returned for store credit.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and ineligible for store credit.

3. Issuing Store Credit

  • Upon approval of the return, store credit will be issued in the form of a store coupon.

  • The value of the store coupon will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

4. Using Store Coupons

  • Store coupons can be used for future purchases at ITS the Room.

  • Coupons are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Store coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless specified otherwise.

5. Redemption Restrictions

  • Store coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.

  • Lost or stolen store coupons will not be replaced.

  • Store coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases or used to purchase gift cards.

6. Process for Returns

  • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our customer service team via email at info@itstheroomct.com . In store purchases can not be returned. 

  • Once the return is approved, customers can either mail the item back to the store 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST.
